Running hard in mornings...

92XJ 4.0 AW4....

My XJ is running like crap in the moring at the first startup. The jeep runs so hard it is shaking like crazy and if I touch the gas it almost dies. I have to let it sit for like 20 seconds then it goes to normal and everything is fine. Anyone have any ideas?

What the hell does the coolant temp sender have to do with anything?

Not much at all. Meant to type sensor not sender.

There is a simple ohm-meter test procedure for this, use the search.
