Torque Spec for trailer hitch

1997 XJ. Factory skid plate and after-market trailer hitch.

(I searched first)

Tomorrow I am having my Fuel pump replaced. I want to tell the mechanic what torque specs are, for tightening the bolts that hold the trailer hitch & fuel tank skidplate to the frame rail. (The bolts go through the hitch and skidplate and into the nut rail.)

I do have a 97 Factory Field Service Manual and I can only find that the torque for the skid plate nuts are 55 Ft/lbs.

It also shows Rear Tow Hook Bolt should have 70 ft/lbs of torque.

I am confused. Any help appreciated.

Thanks,
