I wouldn't do that unless you are the first one to use it. If you drop a torque wrench on a hard surface like concrete it should be recalibrated before you use it again. I wouldn't trust the readings on a rented torque wrench. :explosion
Waddaya know? VatoZone has a loaner that goes up to 600 lbs. I didn't check at first because I figured they wouldn't have anything that big..... That's my solution....
I hear ya Mike, but it's just the rear axle nuts on my buggy. Nothing critical, they just need to be REALLY tight. Besides I don't think there's a huge demand for 3/4" torque wrenches so it's probably relatively new...
Just repacking the bearings getting it ready for Goatfest...
