Turn signals and tail lights dont work

Front and rear turn signals? Do the emergency flashers work?

Go to the sockets. Test for power and ground. Repair circuit for what is missing.

Actually, check and see if it has a trailer light pigtail, if it does try removing that.

rear and it does have a trailer pig tail. hmmmmmmm why dont the break lights work. the tail lights do(my mistake haha) but no brake lights

That was what happened to my 89. Both front lower turn sockets where dead.

Check the brake light switch, up high on the pedal assembly.

There is a common ground behind the panel behind the internal spare that can really screw everything up royal.
