ive got a 99 cherokee... long story short, after trimming my fenders i want to ditch the stock pastic bumper end caps that wrap around the fenders. i want to replace them actually with pre-97 style end caps as i dont have after market bumpers.
are these simply bolt on using the same mounting points, or will i have to salvage hardware/brackets from the donor vehicle, OR will i have to custom fab a way to bolt them in.
ive never personally taken caps off of a pre-97, so this is why i ask. i see a lot of front end conversions, and i know ive seen it done once or twice in a blue moon, but have never gotten to ask about it.
