4.0 emissions

i have a 99 cherokee sport .. what are all the emissions parts on this model? is there a diagram showing what they are or a description of where they are located on the jeep?my 90 has the evap can under the hood, this one(99) seems to be back by the fuel tank, and there is also a hose coming from the box back by the fuel tank that goes up under the hood and just stops, is it to be hooked up to something? any help with this would be appreciated... thanks, danzo

That probably is suppossed to go to the purge valve. It will be clicking all the time.
