MJ Spring over - Net lift?

Spring over in the rear of an MJ with stock leafs should net about 5" inches of lift? Is this correct??

I got about 5-1/4" using the original spring perches on the donor XJ axle. You could get more or less depending on the spring perches you use. I also moved the lower shock mounts up to about the center of the tube which worked out well for using rear XJ 4.5" lift shocks (came with the front 4.5" spring lift kit).
