Today I picked up a few parts for my conversion, the brackets, shields with ebrake, calipers and one ebrake cable. We ran out of time, I'll pick the second cable Monday. Two of the studs on the axle were damaged during removal, I think I'll replace them, the rest look pretty good. I didn't want the rotors because I can get brand new for $21 and they are not worth turning for $14.
The ebrake shoes look like new, I was planning to get new, I think I'll use them.
Now I have to wait for the oportunity to put everything together.
Total cost today including the missing cable, $43.41, $20 per side plus tax.
Question, did the ZJs come with other than Dana35 axles? The differential cover
was missing and couldn't tell. It looked small enough to be a D35.
I hope I didn't screw up and get the wrong axle parts.
