IT appears to be gutters. I do not see any remains of factory roof rack..

I removed the factory racks and built this. It has 10 ga plates that rest in the drip rails and 4 clamps that hold it on. It holds on quite well. Never had an issue with it. The tire hold down comes with it as well.
