Ground strap (braided) at rear of head to firewall is a "usual suspect". Don't remember if your year still has the grounds at the dipstick tube. And you would have the ballast resistor on the DS fenderwell, might consider bypassing it.

ook checked TCM and the ground wire still kills out ....but now its only killin in 4l

Sounds like you need to hit all of the connectors and grounds. Pull apart the connectors and clean them with some electrical contact cleaner then cover them with dielectric grease and plug them back together. For the grounds, remove them and use a wire brush to clean the surfaces, then add some corrosion inhibiter (most any hardware) and hook them back up. Also, if you still have the braided ground at the rear of the head to the firewall I would replace that with a short battery cable.
