The inner steel door panel in my 1987 XJ is torn http://www.naxja.org/forum/showthread.php?t=1072835&highlight=doorand I am looking at replacing the entire door before I spend any more time on this one. This is back when AMC was in charge of the paint codes and the aftermarket paint suppliers all have a different interpretation. They are not even sure which numbers on the tag are the paint code. autopart.com has a couple of grey doors, but they are over 400 miles from here.
I am hoping I can find somebody here that is parting out a grey 4dr, or may have stashed a door in their barn.
