I asked a buddy that has a XJ wrecking yard, about 3 months ago. Below is his reply. may help you out also..

We have a good AW4 out of a 98 for $250.00 we have the TCM for $40.00. If you need anything else let us know.

98 AW4 won't work for him, they changed the electronics.

Thanks alot for the responses. I talked to Shawn at Inland Jeep and they do have a 91-96 AW4 for $250.
Cal: Please let me know asap. I might go get that one from Inland tmrw morning.

for 250, i'd just go get it. i already packed mine for the move and was thinking 200, its worth 50 bucks of your money to me not to have to unpack and find one.
