What to do with old driveshaft?

I replaced my rear drive shaft with an Adams shaft. Will the old one ever be of use to me? It has some bad U joints I'm sure because all the drive train noise I had before is now gone with the new Adams shaft.

Just want to check before I throw it out...

I had to shorten mine when I swapped in the AW4. For future need (if I'm going SOA or not) or if I need it when I put in the 8.8 I'll probably need a new one. But if you're not going to modify the drive train any further I'd toss it OR pass it on to a needy Jeeper.

Somebody would be willing to put in new u-joints if they needed a DS.

I'm sure there is someone out there who could give it a good home provided they are willing to pay shipping/pick it up.

Most of the driveshafts I see at the junkyard are all messed up because they picked the vehicle up with a forklift, and it bent the DS. Valuable and important part!
