Water crossing in MOAB?

No! Focus Rich. FOCUS! :) If you're crunched for time just to make the trip then a snorkle should be the last thing on your list For Moab. Unless you go looking for water the most your likely to encounter at the event will be smallish crossings or large puddles. Now git yer ass in gear and get the stuff done that would prevent you from making the trip. You won't regret getting out on the rocks at Moab, your rig doesn't have to be a top dog rock buggy to have a good time there. Just build it to be reliable and safe (good cooling, brakes, dependable engine etc.). An XJ with a moderate lift, rocker protection and just a rear TAD can run most of the trails used at the Easter Jeep Safari for example. Just go and have fun. TC

I don't know where in Moab you'd have a water crossing, unless it just rained and there are some holes with water in them. Just get that thing ready........ :)

Acutally,
Kane Creek Canyon has several water crossings. Like over 30. Unless there is heavy rain, none will wet more than your hubs. But one year at EJS, they were going to cancel that trail becuase Kane creek had risen so high. If I remember correctly, they sent some of there members out to check on it, and had to leave an XJ submerged it was so high.
