For removal of bushing on axle side the easiest way I have found is to drill holes in the rubber so you can knock it out then use punch/ chisel/ whatever to beat and collapse in the sleeve, comes out pretty easy.

Easier method, use a torch. Haha.

For install.. stock the new axle side bushings in the freezer for at least 30 min.
