Due to some upcoming events and opportunities, I would like to see if there would be any interest in trading their XJ or MJ + cash to my Wrangler. I am looking for a good stock or mildly lifted rig. No Junk, no Projects, and no Grands please. I prefer 97-99 models with a 5-speed (open to automatics and older models as well). Since this is my DD, I prefer to trade, but will sell for the right cash offer. Please PM me with any and all offers. Serious inquires only. Thanks.

Now on to the show….

1993 Jeep Wrangler

4.0L, 5-speed - 115k (800 miles on remanufactured engine) changes daily

The Jeep has no major rust, only surface rust on the bottom of tailgate, lower rear corner of tub on pass. side, lower part of pass. door and on hood. Absolutely no rot anywhere. Frame and body are very solid. Runs and drives great.

The only negatives I can think of are:

• Transmission input seal is leaking a little bit. (started after engine install, go figure)
• There is a little hitch going into second gear when cold. Shifts fine once warmed up.
• The paint is faded on hood, cowl and part of the windshield frame.
• There is a dent across the hood from where the hood flew up on the previous owner.

Jason is a great guy to deal with. Bought my XJ from him for those that don't know. He replaced a lot of Minor things in the jeep that are normally overlooked. I have no doubt he did the same with this one.

I knew you'd want another XJ soon! :D

You change vehicles more often than I do!

If I were looking for a YJ I'd offer to swap you. Good looking rig!

Ha ha! Yes, I do change vehicles a lot. I won't get rid of this one unless I get the right offer. Thanks for the props!

Thanks for the kind words Aaron.

I do miss an XJ at times and if things go according to plan, an XJ will fit me better or a MJ. Life changes and sometimes you need to sacrifice for the sake of the big picture.

Dang it! I would have traded my 98' 2 dr 5 speed XJ for your YJ but I sold it and bought 3 YJs since then! :confused1
