Ok so i'm in the process of doing a new Fel-Pro valve cover gasket and started looking at my push rods. I noticed that when i spin them it looks like there is a slight wobble to them. (still in head) I have a repair manual and wanted to remove cylinder #1 push rods to actually roll them on a flat surface. I have marked my rotor where #1 wire connects to cap and have rotated motor so my dizzy lines up with that mark, but timing mark on H. balancer does not match 0 on the 24-0 timing indicator. It's more twards the 20. I do not have the dreaded no start issues. Jeep runs pretty good. For TDC do i go off of dizzy lining up on #1 on cap? Or by timing mark on H. balancer?
