Why is this a separate raffle item and not part of the giveaway xj?

The build sheet says they need a winch, but we're not donating this to be part of the project.

because when it was orginally decided to donate the 3rd prize it was assumed that the rest would be handled. Its printed on the tickets and websites that the SEC will be donating the winch. Its possible that if everyone pitches in we could do both but first we must fullfill our first obligation before we move to another.
