Shaved Door Handles???

As far as detail. I didn't do the job. I know that i reach in thru the window and pull the handle to open it. Inside the door, of the 2 little bars in there. Only 1 is connected it goes from the handle to the mechanism to open the door.

Pity. Looks like a clean job, tho.

Sounds like they just left the lock rod to the cylinder disconnected - easy way out.

Yea. theres alot of that on this thing. I learned a huge lesson about building your own... But as my first jeep. Im still loving it..

My cousin has the handles on his Mustang shaved and I love it. He has electronic door openers with the button mounted on the bottom of the mirrors and a key fob to open them if he wants. I never really liked shaved door handles, but within the last year i've seen a bunch of clean jobs and it's growing on me.

I wouldn't want them for wheeling... if someone's trying to get you out of a rolled rig and they cant figure out how to open your door there might be a problem.
