It's time to part ways with my 1988 Jeep cherokee XJ.

transferred down to San Diego a Few years ago but haven't been able to play much and I've fallen from wheeling to raise my little ones for a while. That being said she's posted up on Craigslist.

Sits on about 6 inches of lift with 33's can go to 35's easily.

Engine:
Has Renix 4.0L Inline 6 From ATK.
ARB snorkel on the air box
Upgraded injectors
Brown dog motor mounts
CSF 3 row solid brass radiator with temp gauge on fill nozzle
Fluid Dynamics Triple Threat Extreme Fan kit http://ffdynamics.com/products/cher3ext

Drive train:
Replaced the BA (POS) with an external cylinder AX-15 transmission
JB conversions beefed up NP231 with Slip Yoke Eliminator http://www.jbconversions.com/products/np231j/complete_stdsye.php . Wheel pattern is 5 on 5.5.
Dana 44 and Ford 9 inch Axles from a 77-78 F-150 All brackets from T&T Customs

OTK Steering from T&T Customs.

Adjustable rear shock mount from JKS MFG

Headlights and electrical harness have been beefed up.

Many spare parts on this deal as well. It's served me well for many years, but now it's time to part ways.

Gearing is not impressive. Still bone stock at 3.70 or 3.73.

I saw that on C/L and thought that it looked like a really good buy for someone. I can't justify adding yet another XJ to the fold, but I wish you luck on the sale.
