Well I sure hope you are not saying the TPS is bad..cuz umm I said I have replaced it...3 times as a matter of fact and yes it is adjusted correctly by the FSM it makes no diffrence with anything I have done.

oh ok now that you say you replaced it i reviewed your original post and originally i thought in your post you said the TPS checked out ok, but now i see you replaced the TPS along with the IAC and checked all your bolts, sorry mis interpreted your previous post
