repairing rocker panel

hey guys,

ive been preparing my xj for a paint job and have been fixing just about every little ding and dent but theres only the rocker panel left. the driver side rocker panel has been hit pretty bad and im not sure on how to repair or change it. i tried pulling it out but its too thin of metal. ill be glad to have any help on how to fix this. ill post pics as soon as i can

Does anyone know where I could get a good priced rocker panel. The only place I found it was car parts wholesale and they seem kinda pricey

I dont understand your problem. Metal is too thin to pull ? If you want to replace.. a junkyard should be able to cut you a clip so you can trim it off and use it for your replacement.
