If you have $10k you should be able to do a pretty good build. A basic cage would run about $1000. Frame plating $200 or less if you make your own. $3000 for lift. $2000 for wheels and tires. Gears and lockers $3000 tops. That leaves $1000 for the little things.

any reason why you're going with such a tall lift?.. you should need any more than 4.5-5 inches unless you plan on doing mud runs with it.
