Update: Well I went ahead and ordered the repair kit in my original post. That will be the temporary fix until I have enough discretionary funds to put in a new radiator.

Update to my update: Installed the repair kit on Sunday and it looks like it is working.

The repair kit comes with the hardware to repair two radiators and I now find myself in possession of the material to repair one more radiator. If anyone is interested, PM me.
