Pro Comp lights?

I've had these under water for minutes at a time with no problems (haven't even had to replace the bulbs). Harbor Freight, $13.99 reg. price.

mount these upside down without any consideration to waterproofing and they will fill up with water.
otherwise, they work all right for driving.
