That's where all the Californians came from back in the stone age.

The rocks back east tend to have fewer giant nasty teeth, so they don't need a 1/2 inch thick, Level 3A rated bullet-repellent, boat anchor to cover the gear set.

It seems like maybe in CA people are more likely to use a sturdy diff cover as opposed to back east. What do you easterners think about this?

Ok, let me clarify this for you. I bought a SET of RCV axles for $805 shipped.

where did you order yours from? I'm looking to buy a set and ifni can save $200 I'm all about it!!!!
( I've been wheelin stock shafts locked,4.56's,35's and have blown a few joints apart. Looking for a Lil more reliability. )

Zach at AtoZ fab. He's on Pirate and Jeep Forum. The price was only for his initial order, which was done two weeks ago. I guess contact him anyway and see if you can get a deal. RCV has random 15% off sales, so I guess just watch out for those.

And yeah, your setup is exactly what I plan on running, so I decided I'd skip the blown shafts/joints and go straight for the best.
