Pedal Problems

Sory to say I can't think of anything else. I suppose you could try starting it and then as the starter is cranking press one of the pedals and see if it kills the starter but that wouldn't really tell you anything.

All I know is my '91 w/ 4.0 & 5 speed will start 1: not touching any pedals and in neutral 2: pressing both brake and clutch in and in neutral or gear 3: not touching pedals AND in gear (ya I oopsed the other day)

Yeah, i am just going to have to live with it. Both my brothers have torn apart and rebuilt XJs like there is no tomorrow, and they couldnt tell me what was up either. I am not as concerned anymore about it since my E brake works now. Thanks for the help guys.
