So my 96 xj is hurt. My kid hit the back of a Jaguar type s. The xj front bumper went over the jag's and pushed the trunk to the rear window. No one was hurt though. When the right front tire hit the Jag rear bumper the lower control arm mounts ripped off the axle housing on the right, twisted the right upper control arm, broke half the left lower control arm mount off the axle, dented the right front wheel. Also the radiator, ac condensor, trans cooler, header panel and bumper were trashed. The pro comp lower control arms seem unfased. I need a replacement HP Dana 30 housing and upper control arms. I've seen the weld on HD control arm mounts. How dificult is it to weld onto the axle tube.

Go to a junkyard and pull an entire axle with the control arms.
