First, sensors have been known to be bad straight from the store, and second, if the computer ISN'T cleared when sensors are changed, sometimes the computer doesn't read them correctly as they don't have the same calibration as the previous sensor, and the computer doesn't recognize it as a new sensor and consequently doesn't attempt to "learn" the new device.

going out on a limb... but check your clock spring for the air bag.. sounds like the clock spring is bad, since it uses the same ref voltage as the other sensors.. Oh and SEARCH...
 
did searchs....nothing came up. this is my DD now! any idea???
