Check out this thread on NEC about all the current info on Wellsville. The info posted is all first hand info either from people being there, or talking to the land owners/police/sherif in the area.

The main portion of the land has been sold, and is off limits. No one is exactly sure where that land ends, and the land owned by Oak Tree and Forbiden Zone(both legal places to ride) start. What we are all doing(those of us in the area) is just avoiding Wellsville till all the No Trespassing signs go up(they are going up) to see where we can and can't go. The local police have said that the land owner wants rigs ticketed and impounded for tresspassing, so we dont want to risk being in the wrong spot!
Basicly the vast majority of the land out there is gone. Forbiden Zone doens't own much, and the word on the street(and in the papers, and from the land owner him self) is that Oak Tree will probably be sold by the end of the year and used for a power plant.
