New Hood Vents!

real jeeps have round vents.

I've had my jeep under water many times, and where do you think the water from the road goes when it's raining?

As for the sagging issue, I used PVC toilet flanges (with caps for when it rained) on my old trail rig for more than a year and they never deformed. It looked funny, but let out the heat and thats all I was worried about.

I think they match well enough. If anything doesn't match it's round lights, because the XJ already has all square ones. Round vents seem more like... round tires. It would be different if they were oval or something.


Do vents actually do anything though? Isn't the engine compartment already completely open on the bottom? Is it bad to have rain dripping through your hood?

Heat rises.

I don't have any on mine yet but I do plan on adding some before the summer.
