I saw a website for these awesome heavy duty rubber type mounts that fireman use to mount tools onto their trucks, but I can't remember the name if it right now.

Found it, always thought these were cool. Might be nice to have a few in an expo rig too.

We also need a bracket to hold a Midland 1000 CB or similar width. PM me or Mark if you have one we can use.
That'll finish the whole center console Mods for the final install.

PS: And yes Geoff, we built an extra pigtail into the accessory harness for a ham radio.

I have a small new CB bracket sitting at home, i'll measure it if you want it?

It should be 4-1/2 wide, preferably black.

If nobody has one laying around locally, I'll just buy one.

Anyone else report that they can't get to giveawayxj.com? My Eset anti-virus is absolutely convinced that I shouldn't go there, lol! It blocks the site and then gives me this for the reason why:

Access to the web page was blocked by ESET NOD32 Antivirus. The web page is on the list of websites with potentially dangerous content.

I'll have to use a different computer to buy tickets or something, cause NOD32 won't let me go to the page even if I disable it. Odd...

Just thought I'd let the powers that be know, in case they weren't aware of this. Maybe I'm the only one, but that'd just be REALLY odd!

If we can't line up proper transportation it may be driven *to* the event. That'll be a good test drive. :viking:
