FWIW, WA State Surplus only sells a small percentage of their vehicles on Ebay. Most are sold at quarterly auctions. You can view the schedule at http://www.ga.wa.gov/surplus/auction.htm
It's also possible to view the results from previous auctions. There were some Cherokees sold in June - a 97 with 112K went for $2050. When it gets close to the auction date you can view pictures of the upcoming vehicles for auction but those links disappear after the auction is over.
