I unwillingly joined the club of broken motor mount bolts. Now the old mount is in pretty good shape and one of my rear bump stops are shot. I'm thinking of taking off the top plate, making a mounting plate and use it for a rear bump stop.
I'm just wondering if anyone tried this or know of a cheap solution for a rear bump stop.
Also I can't find the torque spec for the mounting bracket that attaches to the frame rail.
