Go to your user cp (control panel) in the upper left part of the menu bar. At the bottom is paid subscriptions. Follow the menu.

Pm membership with your name and old number after you renew to get your old membership number back.

So...how do you know your subscription status if you don't remember how you signed up? For example, I don't recall whether I signed up for auto-renewal.

if you go to the user CP link in the menu bar, 2nd up from the bottom on the left it says "Paid Subscriptions" click that and the top of the next screen will let you know what plan you are on and the start and end dates of your membership.
