low pinion or high pinion?

i have a 2001 xj with the low pinion 30 should i swap in a high pinion 30 or is the low pinion ok?

If you are going to regear, I'd buy a HP and have the gears put it in, and then swap them out. The LP 30 drives on the 'back' side of the ring gear and is not as strong, and you will get better driveline angles at higher lift with a HP 30.
