Looking for recommendations on sye/hnt rear driveshaft for 01 xj 4.5 lift with a 8.8 rear. I have the rubicon express flange on the t case and the 8.8 has a flange too.
You can add the flange to any driveshaft that is the correct length. It is pretty simple to do it yourself or you can have a driveshaft shop put it on. I got my main driveshaft made locally, and have a backup shaft from Tom Woods. Most driveshaft shops will sell you a shaft with the flange already installed. Here is the 1310 flange - https://www.amazon.com/Spicer-2-2-1379-Flange-Yoke/dp/B00GAPJQAE/ref=sr_1_3?
That's not a bad idea, the local shop said it would be 275 to rebuild and a tom woods new one costs 335 so idk I may just get the new one and keep this as a backup.
