Looking for a pop-up tent trailer

I'm in the market for a tent trailer for my family. I'd prefer something from 1999 or newer, but I'm open to anything.

Anyone got a pop-up collecting dust that they want to unload?

I have one.
Trailer is a 1998 Palomino with permanent trailer plate. 16' long from spare to hitch mount and has a whole list of goodies.
-outdoor shower with stand
-indoor/outdoor stove
-king/queen beds at the ends
-two tables that flatten to twins
-refrigerator
-water heater

Has a few rips and minor leaks that need to be fixed. I can get you better pics of anything specific you want to see this weekend (Might even be able to convince the GF to take some pics of it earlier). Its currently at my GF's house outside Fresno (about 4.5 hrs from you) but if you were serious about buying, I could drive it down to my parents house in Bakersfield. Outside looks a little worse in person than the pic but the interior is just as nice/new as the pictures show. This weekend, the sink counter MDF is getting replaced with plywood and tile.

You will love it. We have an 06 jayco, and it's been on over 30 trips in the 2 years we've had it.

The sink/clean water/heater/fridge/lights/beds are awesome.

Any idea on size you want, slide no slide what your budget is etc.... My inlaws are thinking of getting rid of theirs... It's in the city of orange.... Has a slide, surge brakes, big propane tanks... it's a nice set up I have towed it with my xj....

I have a 1999 camplite dual axle pop up trailer with a slide out I can send picture over a text.
