I'm looking to add some lights to my safari basket. I'm going to go with Engo LEDs. I have an engo winch and its been great, so I'm going to give their lights a try. However, I'm unsure which lights to go with. Here are the options:
18w: 15 degree spot, 1500 lumens
24w: 15 degree spot or 60 degree flood, 2000 lumens
27w: same pattern as 24w, 2500 lumens
Now, as far as what I do offroad is mostly fish/hunt/camp when it comes to night time activities. So, in my case, brightest may not equal the best deal for me. I'm looking for the best bang for my buck. I may use the lights to supplement my headlights from time to time as well. I have also not been able to find the units with 60 degree flood, all the sites show 15 spot.
Anyway, any direction/input would be helpful. Any visual aid of what the differences between the lumens and degrees are would be great too.
