I am pretty sure that Rustys uses one in one of their steering kits:

just build your own. if you can weld the bracket to the axle, building one youself shouldn't be a problem

What he said. I didnt want to wait or pay for shipping so I build my own when I did my steering. Was simple to build and didnt take that long.
