For years 2000 and on, the right most digit is used as the year code.
If anybody knows how to make the forum software maintain white space, place let me know. I found that tabs, space, and blank characters get stripped-out, anytime I tried to post a chart on the forum.
If any administrators feel this chart should be posted as sticker or any other more permanent place, feel free to do so.
