Is this a check valve?

The pic below shows where the vacuum hard plastic tubes meet the metal tubes for the D30 vacuum shift motor. There are 3 of them. Are these some kind of check valves or simply coupler/reducer?

Just a rubber slip coupler. A vacuum check valve usually looks like a "flying saucer" with a hose nipple sticking out each side.
