I'm back from XJ withdrawal!

Hello everyone. Been driving a Protege for a little while. And today I made a trade for a 1994 white xj. This will be my third.

(best picture I can do for now)

Feels really good to be back. Going to paint my name red next week.


Quick question about the gauge cluster. None of the gauges work except for the water temp gauge. Which seems to be pinning while I drive. Yet xj shows no signs (or smells) of overheating. Would it be wise to get a new cluster from the junkyard? My last xj (91) had no fuel or speed gauge. But do to the sensor and fuel sender.

Ched that was the 98 that had your lift! My last one was a 91 which at the time I was commuting far for work. So I needed a car. Is DITA still around? Last I heard he sold his XJ.
