ignition trouble

g'day y'all
so here is my story,when ever i start my89 xj it will run and get spark till it gets hot,once it gets warm it will not run(or give spark).i have replaced the coil,ballist resistor, and a bunch of other crap to no avail.now my question is this,could the crank trigger or the ecu(attached to the coil) give these symptoms :banghead:

There sounds like a loss of the 5V to a sensor when the engine warms up....
This could be caused by the CPS, but you really need to see which sensors are no longer getting voltage to diagnose where this problem is occurring.

It's common for the crank position sensor (CPS ) to fail when hot.
