I searched...I failed. Windshield Wiper Fuse?

However, I can't seem to find where the fuse is for the windshield wipers on a 1999 XJ. the wiper fluid sprays but the wipers don't move. Is it in the engine compartment?? We bought it used and guess what?? No Manual!! there has to be a magical place in the world where it's nothing but mismatched socks, TV remotes, and Jeep manuals.

Looking at a 96 FSM there is no fuse its a circuit breaker,or fuse # 8,60amp.
Anyway start with a bad breaker at the fuse panel--where ever that is on your 99.

The reason you can't find your answer may be because this is more OEM tech oriented. I'll move you thread now.

Ok...So I found a link that said it's a circuit in the #30 slot....However I don't see this. Can anybody tell me or show me where this wiper circuit is??

I have the opposite problem, I can't get mine to stop. I took out the washer fluid container cause my tires stuffed and hit it. Then I hosed down the engine compartment cause it was way dirty and now the wipers won't stop.

I'm guessing I got a relay wet but I couldn't find the relay or fuse either. It was hours ago I thought it would have dried out by now.
