how to tell difference in D60 and D70

ashman, you got me how i worded that I'll give that to you.

I was assuming no one here wants to run a closed knuckle. if they are open knuckle they are kingpin... that sound better? :twak: (I should get smacked for that )

ya never know, guys run closed knuckle 2.5ton rockwells?

Sorry, 14 Bolt stops at 5.13 :doh: 5.38 is the lowest for a reverse cut (high pinion) D 60, this and the bigger inner knuckles let me choose the GM D 60 front. It cost me some money to have the pumpkin moved to the drivers side but after all i'm happy that i did it. Now i run 5.86 gears and still have the choice to go lower like 6.17 or 7.17.

For matching a D70 to a HP D60 you have the problem that there are no 5.38 gears for the D70, just 5.13 and 5.86 so my advise would be to get a GM D 60 and move the pumpkin to the left side.
