HomeBrew BPE question

I'm currently making some BPE using 2"x2"x3/16" angle iron. I put components in for a 3" lift: coils, arms, shocks. I removed the stock isolator and put in a 2" spacer. So I'm around 4.5" correct. So I Dropped the front axle far down to get the shock in, and the allignment between the two angles and the shock is about 20-30 degrees. So then I jack the front axle up to about where i think 4.5" will be (32-33" center to flair) and this offset angle was reduced to around 10 degrees or so. Is this normal? anybody have any pics, should I just run the bar pins? is 1.5" on the angle raising the offset of the shock too much? UCAs will probably fix it.. but i need tires. Sorry for the long post and sorry if its confusing at all... your comments please.
