I have a homemade (not by me) hitch mounted swing down tire carrier. I bought it after I convinced myself I needed to get my spare out of the trunk but I have come to realize Im not moving up from 31s anytime soon and I prefer to have my rear window unobstructed.
Its painted black but could use another coat of paint if you really care how it looks. Its located near Trolley Square in SLC, just below the U. $50.
