HF Air Compressors

Are they any good I'm thinking of getting this one

I have a coupon to get it for $95, I'm not going to use it heavily, just occasionally to power an impact and a couple misc. air tools. What do you guys think? Should I go for it? I want something that can be easily moved around if need be.

They have some c02 tanks at the HF by me. I would rather pay the $80 for a co2 tank and get thefittings then wire up a comressor that I doubt will run an impact.
