Hella 500 problems

I've wired mine up exactly like the diagrams posted, and mine still don't work. I can't hear the relay click, which makes me think I'm not getting power to the relay. My power wire to the switch goes to the cigarette lighter fuse with a fuse tap, and it has a good fuse in the inline holder.

I did not wire mine to the high beam or driving lights becuase i wanted to be able to turn them on whenever, but yeah, really have good grounds!!!!
